The location was perfect, right above Komtar JBCC Mall and just a stone's throw from City Square. Check-in was smooth, with friendly staff and a lovely room decorated with towel swans and rose petals. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a live egg station and a variety of Asian dishes. The infinity pool on the rooftop provided stunning views, making relaxation easy.

Would recommend this hotel.

Loved how absolutely fantastic the property was and its very welcoming staff in assisting me which check-in late. The hotel had a very central position adjacent to the malls nearby and also checkpoint and the center of Johor Bahru.

The breakfast spread was good, catering to both Asian and Western tastes. Although the vegetarian options could use more variety, the friendly staff and comfortable ambiance really made our trip nice. Would definitely return!

I had a fantastic stay with spacious rooms offering great views and a delicious variety of breakfast options. Just a bit let down by slow internet connectivity.

Man, the elevators were a real hassle. Waiting ages just to get up to my room was frustrating. They need a better system-half the time I wasn't even sure which one was coming. Super annoying!

I stayed in a King Suite with City View, and the room was spacious, accommodating my family comfortably. The view was fine, overlooking the city and providing a perfect backdrop for our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of pastries and local dishes that my family loved.

I found the air conditioning effective, keeping the room pleasant despite the heat outside. The front desk staff was wonderful, helping us arrange a connecting room, made travelling with children significantly easier. We did face delays in housekeeping, as the floor wasn't vacuumed on our first request, though they rectified it after we called. The breakfast options consistently lacked variety. I also encountered issues with the dinner service-the wait was annoyingly slow despite the place being nearly empty. These inconsistencies were a bit disappointing amid an enjoyable stay.
